Redesign Klima dashboard with sections view for 2-column desktop layout

Switch from masonry to sections view (max_columns: 2) so rooms sit
side-by-side on desktop and stack on mobile. Weather card spans both
columns. Fan controls moved inside entities cards as inline rows.
