Fix AC automation not turning on the unit

climate.set_temperature does not reliably switch hvac_mode on all integrations. Restore explicit climate.set_hvac_mode step before setting the target temperature. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
