Convert storage-mode dashboard to dashboards/ecovacs.yaml. Preserves
all button-card templates, room queue buttons, conditional controls,
vacuum map, and settings panel exactly as configured in the UI.

Replace single forecast card with a split layout: entities card on the
left (condition, feels-like, wind, gusts, cloud coverage, UV, precipitation)
and hourly weather-forecast card on the right.

Switch from masonry to sections view (max_columns: 2) so rooms sit
side-by-side on desktop and stack on mobile. Weather card spans both
columns. Fan controls moved inside entities cards as inline rows.

- Register dashboards/klima.yaml in configuration.yaml under lovelace.dashboards
- Remove outer vertical-stack so masonry layout creates multiple columns on desktop
- Replace weather entities card with built-in weather-forecast card (daily)
- Add bedroom AC (climate.klimaanlage) to bedroom section
- Add office AC (climate.echos_mobile_klimaanlage_mit_wifi) row to office section
- Add office fan (fan.luftzirkulator) to office section
