TheFurya b35c709650 Add EcoVacs dashboard as YAML-mode ...

Convert storage-mode dashboard to dashboards/ecovacs.yaml. Preserves
all button-card templates, room queue buttons, conditional controls,
vacuum map, and settings panel exactly as configured in the UI.
