+False positive crash bean. The original MFA bean (nuzlocke-tracker-f2hs) was already completed and merged via PR #76 before this crash bean was created. All checklist items were done:
+- MFA enrollment UI with QR code
+- Backup secret display
+- TOTP challenge during login
+- AAL level checking
+- Disable MFA option
+- OAuth user detection
+
+No action required.
